## Purpose and current scope

Leido aims to help people and AI agents acting on user queries find relevant cars through structured, dealer-approved information. This public site currently introduces the pilot. It does not publish a vehicle catalogue, provide a live AI-agent search service or accept vehicle orders. Development data is not an offer of available, dealer-approved cars.

## Joining the dealer pilot

Participation, approved stock, publication rights and the work to be provided are agreed separately in writing with each dealer before publication. The pilot offer is free placements through 31 December 2026, with no payment card, setup fee, automatic charge or automatic renewal. Continuing after that date requires a new agreement. Visiting, crawling or emailing this site does not conclude a paid contract or grant us rights to publish your inventory.

## Use by people and AI agents

You may read public pages and use short, attributed summaries to answer a user’s question, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Automated access must respect robots.txt, access restrictions and reasonable request limits. Do not bypass authentication, overload the service, harvest personal data or imply that Leido endorses an answer. This permission does not grant bulk republication or model-training rights over third-party material.

An agent’s operator is responsible for having authority to act for its user and for checking sources and current facts. Page access is not consent to these terms on behalf of a user, authority to contact a seller, or authority to reserve, purchase or pay for a car. The current public site performs none of those actions.

## Content and outcomes

The site and film explain the pilot. Any future vehicle information must be checked with the seller before a decision. We do not promise AI indexing, mentions, recommendations, leads, sales or uninterrupted availability. Rights in site content remain with their respective owners; dealer participation does not transfer ownership of dealer material.

## Changes and questions

We may update the introduction and these website terms as the pilot develops; the revision date appears above. New services or charges require their own clear terms before you use or accept them. Existing written pilot arrangements are changed only as those arrangements allow. Send questions, complaints or reports of inaccurate or unlawful content to company@rankfor.ai, identifying the page and issue. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer protections and legally competent courts remain unaffected.
