Skarbowców 23B, 53-025 Wrocław, Poland. “by Rankfor.AI” credits the technology; it does not identify a separate Leido operator. ## What this notice covers This notice covers the public Leido pilot introduction at leido.ee, including its locally hosted film. There are no public accounts, enquiry forms, vehicle listings or checkout on this site. The restricted development marketplace is a separate test environment. ## Website delivery and security Our hosting provider, Google Cloud, processes technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested address, time and response status to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. Hosting runs in Belgium. Infrastructure logs may include the full requested URL and referrer: do not put personal or confidential information in URLs. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in a functioning, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The public site does not set an account-session cookie. ## When you email us The contact link opens your email application. If you send a message, we process your address, name if supplied, message and attachments to answer and arrange any requested pilot participation. The basis is steps you request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering other correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Send only information needed for your request. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise publication of your stock. ## Optional Google Analytics With your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure page visits. Google receives cookie identifiers, device and browser information, visit times and the page path, and processes network information to receive the request. We send a fixed page title, remove URL query strings and fragments from analytics page addresses, and send no page referrer. We do not send messages, search text or form contents to analytics. Enhanced measurement, advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. The preference “leido.analytics-consent.v1” is stored in your browser to remember your choice until you withdraw it or clear site storage. This preference storage is necessary to respect your choice. After consent, first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and sessions; their default lifetime is up to two years and can be renewed on a visit. Your browser may shorten this. Analytics is off by default. We use no advertising pixels, remarketing or third-party video player. The site remains available without analytics. ## Allow, refuse or withdraw Choose “Allow analytics” to consent or “Keep analytics off” to refuse. “Cookie settings” in the footer reopens your choice. Clear the checkbox there at any time to withdraw consent; this deletes accessible Analytics cookies and reloads the page with analytics disabled. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Browser settings can also clear this site’s storage. ## Providers and international transfers Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and, if allowed, analytics, or authorities where legally required. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its applicable processing terms provide safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required. You can request details or a copy of relevant safeguards by email. We do not sell personal data or use site correspondence to train AI models. ## How long data is kept We keep correspondence while handling your enquiry and any resulting pilot arrangement, then only as needed for applicable legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend claims. We review it when the matter closes and remove information no longer needed. Technical and analytics data follow the retention periods described below; cookie lifetime is separate from analytics-data retention. Ordinary technical request logs are kept for 30 days. Google Cloud’s separate administrative and security audit logs are kept for 400 days; these are not the ordinary visitor-request log. The logging buckets use Google’s global location, so Belgian hosting does not mean all logs remain in Belgium. Google Analytics is configured to keep user-level and event-level data for two months, without resetting that period on new activity; Google applies retention-setting changes within 24 hours. Aggregated standard reports have a separate retention scope. Relevant records may be preserved longer for a specific security investigation or legal obligation. ## Your rights Email company@rankfor.ai to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we explain why. You can complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement, including Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon. We do not make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
